Tuesday

Today is as you may know Tuesday and I am very excited to announce that I have found a project that I am oh so happily going share with you all. It shall come sometime this week but no promises.

Today has been so rainy and everything outdoors looks drenched and like a wet puppy all droopy, dripping  and cold. We are going to Paradise again today so we can walk in the arena. I don't have much to write about today!

Me and my big sister went bridesmaid gown shopping yesterday. She's getting married sometime in April. We went to a few different stores but I only bought something for that project I was talking about.

Until tomorrow

Hello there!

Hey guys, I have missed you over the weekend. I got to go to my sisters apartment and hang with her and my baby nephew, he is around 4 months old. It was great we sat around ate food and watched movies. It has been so cold this weekend that I am decked out in sweat pants and a hoodie. Weirdly enough it seems that all of my warmest clothing is purple so I look like one of those evil purple minions from Despicable Me 2  the movie. (picture below).

It has been nice being able so cuddle down and not be so HOT. My kitten doesn't know what to think about this cold stuff. She has been bouncing off the walls lately.

Today's verse is;  John 3:16 and I'm sure that I most can quote this by heart.

"For God so loved the world he gave his one and only son so that who ever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."   It is such a well known verse but it is still very powerful to read.

                                                            Until tomorrow!

Friday Awesomeness

Hey guys, it is Friday today and I tried to tell myself that it was Saturday this morning so I woke up at 9:30. Anyways I did get to ride yesterday, I also groomed probably three horses and she taught me how to saddle some as well. I had great fun yesterday and I am so happy that I decided to volunteer I totally want to come back in spring next year since riding in October is nearly finished because no one wants to ride in November all cold and stuff!

I have playing with my sweet little kitten lately I have this majestic picture of her playing in some fake fall leave decorations and it is adorable!
All of the other photos are super blurry and she just looks like a brownish blur! But this one is so majestic and fall worthy I just had to share it with you all.

Today's verse is Isaiah 9:6

Until tomorrow.

Happy Birthday Thursday!

Today is yet again Thursday and I have made a decision  to make a count down type deal every Thursday til my birthday November 17th. I will dig out pictures of my birthday every year so that every Thursday you will see a picture countdown of birthdays. Today will be the day I was born.

Mom didn't give me the pictures at the hospital or anything because I think she thought that she looked like she just birthed a nine pound baby, which she did!  The smallest out of my sisters was eight pounds I think.

Here's me at around 3 weeks as mom informed me. It was around December in this picture.

I was so cute! And fact about me I was born in Arkansas then moved to a Kentucky, then Illinois, then back to my hometown where we still live.

Today I am going to Paradise Ranch and doing the barn work like I do every Thursday. But his week we might, might, MIGHT, get to ride. I really hope so! It is a beautiful day today as I have seen so far at he time of 10:42 AM.

Today's verse that I have so shamefully forgot to do the last few posts is;

Romans 12:12 'Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant prayer;"

Until tomorrow!

Wreck it Wednesday!!

Today is yet again Wreck it Wednesday and I will display some pages of my Wreck This Journal like I do every Wednesday!

To be honest I'm not a 100% sure that I have already showed this here on a past Wreck It Wednesday but I post it anyway, this one is made up of random receipts glued in a sloppy order with a glue stick.

This is covered in some of the stamps from my oh so geeky stamp collection. Some of them are from crazy places one is Viet Nam, Bulgaria, China, Romania, Tanzania, and some from the United Kingdom and the United States.

The Instructions said that, "Instructions are open to interpretations. Experiment." So I took what they said out of context and wrote carelessly 10 times.

Don't worry those with issues with germs I didn't use my saliva I used a bowl of water that I rubbed onto the rainbow washable markers. Same differents... :)

I hope that you guys enjoyed this Wreck It Wednesday! It was tons fun and I have loved having this look the out side looks totally different! Here's a picture,

Until tomorrow!!

(Sorry it took so long for me to post.)

Sky Painting

Hey guys, today I am going to show you this cute painting that I did of the day on one side and night on the other. I also decided to make it to a tutorial. So let's do this thing!

The first thing that I did is get white, yellow, sky blue and a dark blue and just out of the shot there is black and orange. You can use anything you want but I used a large piece of light brown card stock that is found in a paper drawer.  Also I am using a thick brush a very thin one and my fingers.

Then using a narrow brush or the side of the thick brush. I made a wavy uneven line down the middle with white consider using a little blue if you are using a white paper or canvas.

I then painted the whole side of the card stock with dark blue them put some black brush strokes at random.

Then make a circle and paint in the moon with white, it then lightly used a very light baby blue to add                                                                                  texture to the moon. And make some stars.

This is where my fingers come in you can use a blending tool but I just use my trusty fingers. I make three dots with a brush and light sky blue paint.

Then I blend it in basicly your gentley rub the paint so that the moon gets a night sort glow.

I forgot to take a picture of my painting process but do two coats of sky blue paint. (ignore the messy weird white blobs just paint a blue side and

Make some little white ans fluffy clouds then add some dimension by putting some blue on the clouds and then shading them with a bit of yellow and orange. I also painted the sun a nice yellow and added some heat with orange paint.

I didn't show you this but then put a light yellow on the seam between the skies this kind of separates them. This is a very simple painting but I love the way it looks the day sky is not really what I wanted but it works!

Until tomorrow!

Lightning

Today I am going for another devotional type deal!

Today I'm going to talk a little about Matthew 24:27, "When the Son of Man Comes He will be seen by everyone, like lightning from east to west."

Let's dig into lightning. Lightning is the occurrence of natural electricity discharge of a very short duration and high voltage within/between clouds and sometimes cloud to the ground, often accompanied  with thunder. And thunder is due to the expansion of rapidly heated air compressing.

This us one of the most powerful voltages of lightning recorded. Imagination lighting of that magnitude flash in the sky. There is no ignoring a lightning a bolt like that. That is how this scripture describe Jesus coming he will be seen like a flash of lightning.

I will say that anytime there is a big storm with lots of rain, thunder and lightning it makes you think how small you are in the huge universe and if God created such a huge universe that God himself has to be soooooooooooooooooo much bigger! And that he is so willing to have such a one to one relationship with every single one of us! The earth has a population of 7.125 billion people! And God knows all of us by name! It is bigger than we can comprehend!

Until tomorrow!
