Friday Madness!

Hey, guys! It has been a decently busy week and I wanted just to give you guys a summary of this week.

On Monday or Tuesday, (not sure) I went to the eye doctor and got a new pair of glasses, at this point I need to update the photo on here!

Then on Wednesday I just hung around the house and did school work.

Thursday I went to Paradise Ranch for the last time this year. *Sniff* And went to my grandmothers house for dinner where I saw my Aunt and Uncle.

Today (Friday) I'm going to my Best Friends house it has been a few months since I have hung out with hung out and I will be spending the night over there! So today I'm going to have to pack for that and all that good stuff. I have been playing with craft supplies and things lately which while we are on subject I would like to thank Ms. Patty  soooooo much for the supplies they are very nice and I have had fun playing around with the endless book and the little layered ornament. I have made a two little cards. Both I am pretty proud of I think they're just too cute!!

This one I actually found the little banner, envelope and card with polka dot paper, and the little fox in a Ziplock baggy I was intrigued by the banner and fox to make this cute little card the only thing I really added was the orange back ground and the pearl halves.

This is a tiny little card that I put some super cute striped black, orange, and purple paper on some paper and added little stickers with a pumpkin and two spiders and one with the word Bewitched.

Thank you guys for reading! Until Monday!

Turkey Card.

For this crafting Wednesday I chose to make a simple card, a good friend had given me some craft supplies and I was playing around with a few of the things I found just looking over the stuff. And I decided to make a thanks giving type card. I used a small strip of burlap, cut out brown paper turkey cutout leaves and double sided tape.

I used the double sided tape to apply the burlap strip.

Then I added the turkey still using double sided tape.

Then I'm using these little leave's I'm going to glue these on with a glue stick.

This is how is turned out.

And this is my kitten in a pet net covered with a blanket.

Until tomorrow!

The Before and After Study

In the United States Photoshop has been proved guilty of creating the unobtainable standards of female beauty seen in advertisements and the covers of most all magazines.

A journalist named Esther Honig started a project that she named, Before and After, this examines how the world wide standards of beauty from the differing cultures vary. Through the internet, Esther, was able to contact around 40 people in 25 different places. And proposed that these people Photoshop a picture of Esther into what they perceived as beautiful and send it back to her. She got more than enough results. Some people where professionals and other amateurs. These are the pictures that I found on this study.

As you can see Esther's face is already gorgeous, but she gave the Photoshop artists a good blank slate to work with.

This first one is from Italy, as you can see they smoothed over Esther's hair and gave her slight make up and slightly trimmed her eyebrows other than that she is untouched.

Israel quite like Italy has slightly trimmed eyebrows, even less make up then Italy, and a more airbrushed face, making her look a good deal younger.

Argentina looks nothing like the pictures above, they went all out. Esther has very airbrushed pearly skin. Darker hair and larger amounts of eye make up and  lipstick.

Germany totally washed all color from her skin and have her a purplish red hair and a slight pink lip.

(Sorry for the misspelling in the picture, but for my sake, I wasn't the one that typed that up.) Philippine's went even farther out with the make up! All new black hair, dark eyes, contoured cheeks, red lipstick, and  jewelry.

A as you can see in this photo from Bangladesh, they brightened her skin, gave her blush and slight pink lips with the addition of bangs and a feather dress.

Greece gave her moderate make up not much done with the hair and brightened skin

United States has two  the first one has a wider forehead, rosy cheeks, redder lips, and down curly long brown hair and rounder eyebrows.

The second one has BLOND hair, smaller face, redder lips and thicker brows.

My point in showing you this is that everywhere people will change you and mold you into who they think you should be, but God knows better, he knows who he wants YOU to be. And he knows that wherever in this huge universe you will be that you will be beautiful inside and out it doesn't matter what all the people over the world think.
Because, all that matters, is that God will never change a thing about you, like the color of your hair or the shade of you skin or the shape of your face. Because we are all made in the same image of the perfect God. We could not be any more perfect in his eyes and all of us are equal to him as his children!

I hope all of you have a blessed week! Until tomorrow!

Louise

Hey guys, today is Friday as all of you well know, and yesterday I gave you a post about my new project well here is a new part of this great project, Louise, their little sister.

She is blue felt with a red bow and red feet. With a embroidered face and hand stitched body. She is super cute and I love her bunches

I am working on a good story I made a prototype that really failed to bear with me It may take me a week or so to create the perfect first story. It is over all awkward as a story and I hope I can get it straightened out. Me and the kitties are doing very well at this moment my sister is obsessively taking pictures of my kitten. That is trapped in between the storm door and the door. Love you guys! Until Later!

My new project.

Today, I am going to announce a new series that I am making. I have made this adorable little cardboard box house out of knickknacks I found around my house.

First I made two little Altoids Can beds with felt a little porcelain topped blue trinket box for a side table.

For I took a little doll picnic basket that has a full tea set inside and used that as a dining room table. And as a center piece I used a fake candle.

I put a tea cup in the corner and put two white buttons, one little purple plastic star a clothes pin and a tiny world atlas to have as little "found things".

I used felt to make these adorable little birds. Their names are Scarlet and Jack.

                                                                        This is Scarlet,

                                                                   This is Jack.
They are a huge part of new series. I am going to make stories about them and take pictures to go along they are totally cute and they warm my heart I hope I can make a good story for you guys. This is a add on to Wednesdays post.

Until tomorrow

Hello there!

Today is Wednesday, I have decided that making a blog post every single day is a little stressful and kinda hard to do. I would like to propose that I only start putting out posts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This will give me a chance to plan for the next day before it happens.

On Monday I will have a devotional/facts to keep it educational.

Wednesday will be crafts, tutorials, little mini storys and things like that. I will not abandon Wreck It Wednesday but it will only happen on weeks I have not made a craft for that Wednesday.

Friday will be whatever we want. I wanted to make a open Friday so that maybe I could tell you guys about what happen in my week or if I wanted to write a story anything I wanted, I can do on Friday.

That is the plan! I need to change the name and maybe edit the blog a bit. I would like to start on this next week so that things will be easier. Thank you all for reading!

Until tomorrow!

Monday!!!!

I have already seen a lot of turning trees! The end of October is surprisingly near yet so far! It is so weird! Christmas and Thanksgiving are right on us!

I love the holidays but they are just coming way too soon, I haven't even bought any gifts so far! One of my friends I write her a book ever year so I usually give her something small along with it so I don't seem... I don't know... I just do it! It seems that the months are flying past it seems that yesterday was July! But no!\

My kitten Rigbie has been trying to make herself a nest in one of our flower pots with a Shamrock! She's just too  cute! I don't have much more to chat about so I will head on I hope you have an amazing Monday! Who said the have to be depressing!

Until tomorrow!
